A common misconception is that Shirk is limited to idol worship. Unfortunately, this is incorrect.
Examples of the different types of shirk are;
Shirk al-Ibadah (Shirk in Worship): This involves worshipping idols, saints, or any entity besides Allah.
Shirk al-Rububiyyah (Shirk in Lordship): This involves believing that creations like the sun, moon, or stars control one’s fate or hold power over Allah’s will.
Shirk in Legislation and Judgment: This involves making laws or judgments that contradict Allah’s law or obeying someone other than Allah in matters of faith.
Outward Shirk: This includes open and apparent acts of associating partners with Allah, such as worshipping idols or graves.
Hidden Shirk: This involves inwardly believing in or trusting in something or someone other than Allah, even while outwardly appearing to be a Muslim.
It is obvious that the shirk of democoracy and partaking in it is Shirk in Legislation, as Democoracy attempts to strip Allah from this right and places this right in the hands of man !!

DEMOCRACY
The Islamic standard regarding democracy.
EXCEPT HE WHO IS FORCED
The word “Ikrah” means “force, coercion, compulsion etc.” and “Mukrah,” which comes from the word “ikrah,” literally means “one who is forced.”
Allaah says:
“Whoever disbelieved in Allaah after his belief, except him who is forced thereto and whose heart is at rest with Faith but such as open their breasts to disbelief, on them is wrath from Allaah, and theirs will be a great torment. That is because they loved and preferred the life of this world over that of the Hereafter. And Allaah guides not the people who disbelieve.” [an-Nahl 16:106-107]
ibn Abbas said: “This verse was revealed about ‘Ammar ibn Yasir. The idolaters had taken him away along with his father Yasir, his mother Sumayyah, Suhayb [al-Rumi], Bilal [ibn Rabah], Khabbab [ibn al-Aratt] and Salim [the client of Hudhayfah] and tortured them. As for Sumayyah, she was tied up between two camels and stabbed with a spear in her female organ. She was told: ‘You embraced Islam for the men’, and was then killed. Her husband Yasir was also killed. They were the first two persons who were killed in Islam. As for ‘Ammar, he was coerced to let them hear what they wanted to hear. Rasoolullaah, saAllaahu alayhi wa salam, was told that ‘Ammar has renounced faith, but he said: ‘Never, ‘Ammar is filled with faith from his head to his toes; faith is admixed with his flesh and blood!’ ‘Ammar then went to see the Rasoolullaah, saAllaahu alayhi wa salam, crying. Rasoolullaah, saAllaahu alayhi wa salam, wiped his tears with his own hand and said: ‘if they return to you, let them hear again what you told them.’ Then, Allaah, exalted is He, revealed this verse”.
Imaam Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab said regarding these verses:
“So Allaah didn’t excuse anyone except the Mukrah whose heart is firm upon Imaan and Tawhid. And it’s known by necessity that it’s impossible to coerce someone to change his beliefs; but it’s possible to change his speech and actions. So this verse has clarified that whoever utters a word of kufr, or does an action of kufr, then he has indeed become a kaafir with the exclusion of the Mukrah who is firm upon Tawhid in his heart. And as mentioned in the verse, he becomes a kaafir because he preferred the worldly life, not because he changed his beliefs.” (Tarikh ibn Ghannam)
Imaam Sulayman ibn Abdullaah stated in his book “ad-Dala’il Fi Hukm Muwalat Ahlul-Ishrak” under the ‘Fourteenth Evidence’ commenting on these verses of an-Nahl 106-107:
“So He (Allaah) has made a judgment that is unchangeable- That whosoever turns back from his deen to kufr, then he is a kaafir. Regardless of whether he had the excuse of khawf (fear) for his life, wealth, family, or not; and whether he committed kufr both internally (with his heart) and externally (through actions), or only externally and not internally (i.e. only through actions, without the heart); and whether he committed kufr through his actions and his speech, or with just one of the two and not the other; and whether or not he committed kufr because of his desire to attain some worldly benefit from the mushrik; he becomes a kafir in each and every situation – except for the Mukrah. And he is the ‘Maghsub’ in our language. (Derived from “Ghasaba Yaghsibu”- which implies the meanings of “coerce, compel, force, extort, seize unlawfully, conquer, subdue, rape, etc.” And Maghsub is the one who is “coerced, compelled, forced, subdued, etc.” According to classical linguists: “Someone who is forced to do something he dislikes by means of subjugation and compulsion.” See Lisan Al-‘Arab 3/526, and Al-Misbah Al- Munir 2/729)
So if a person is forced to do kufr; and it is said to him ‘Commit kufr! Or else we shall kill you- or we will torture you’; or the mushrik take him and beat him (severely) – and it is not possible for him to be rid (of this torment) except by agreeing with them; then it is permissible for him to agree with them externally (through actions or speech) – with the condition that his heart rests upon Imaan – meaning firmly established upon it and believing in it. But as for him agreeing with them with his heart, then he is a kaafir- even if he is a Mukrah.
And what is apparent from the words of Imaam Ahmad, is that in the first situation, he would not be a Mukrah- unless the mushrik had tortured him. Because when Yahya Ibn Ma’een entered upon him while he was ill, he (Yahya) greeted him with Salaam but he (Imaam Ahmad) did not return his Salaam. So Yahya began to appeal to him saying: “The hadeeth of ‘Ammar (O Ahmad)! And Allaah said ‘excluding he who is forced thereto while his heart is at rest with Imaan’.” So Ahmad turned his face to the other side; so Yahya exclaimed, ‘He does not accept an excuse?!’ So when Yahya was leaving, Imaam Ahmad said, ‘He uses the hadeeth of Ammar as proof, and the hadeeth of Ammar is ‘I passed by them (the mushrik) while they were insulting you (O Rasoolullaah) – so I forbid them (to say such things), so then they tortured me…’ And you, it is said to you ‘We want to torture you’.” (Meaning that ‘Ammar was actually tortured, and Imaam Ahmad was saying that they themselves were not in that condition yet, but rather were merely being threatened. So mere threats are not a valid Ikrah which would permit kufr.) So Yahya said, “I swear by Allaah! I have not seen anyone under the surface of the sky of Allah who understands the deen of Allaah better than you.’ (Ibn Abu Ya’la in his At-Tabaqat 1/404, and Ibn Al-Jawzi in Manaqib Al-Imaam Ahmad on the authority of Abu Bakr Al-Marwathi 474)
Then He informed that those murtad, who opened their hearts to kufr, even though they are sure of the haqq; and that they said ‘We did not do this except because of khawf’- but still ‘on them is wrath from Allaah, and theirs will be a great torment.’
Then He informed that the reason for this kufr and eternal punishment – is not because they believed in shirk; nor because of ignorance about tawhid; nor because of hatred for the deen; nor because of love for kufr- rather, the reason is merely because of a bit from the bits of the dunya (worldly life), which he preferred above the deen and the pleasure of the Lord of the Worlds.
So He said,
“That is because they loved and preferred the life of this world over that of the Hereafter. And Allah does not guide the kafir. (Al-Nahl 16:107-109)
So He has made takfir of them. And He informed that He will not guide them, even though they try to excuse themselves with the plea that they (only did it out of) lust for the dunya.
Then He informed that these are murtad, because they preferred the life of the dunya rather than the akhirah; they are the ones whose hearts, hearing, and sight Allah has sealed, and that they are the oblivious ones; then He informed (us of their) confirmed reality:
‘That in the Hereafter, they will be the losers.’ (An-Nahl 16:109)
SENATOR OF THE TAGHUT LABELLED BRAVE BY LOCAL SHAYKH
What was so brave? that she left for her stance regarding Palestine, so now she deserves the Muslim community to get behind her!
I’m from the Muslim community, and anyone who stands by a muskrika and is not brave enough to reject the original kufr she was in does not speak on my behalf,
She still leaves as a murtaad, she still is a rafidhi, she still has not made open repentance from being a taghout herself…..
And none of these superstar shuyukh had told her about her kufr, but now praise her for leaving
“They used not to forbid one another from Al-Munkar (wrong, evildoing, sins, polytheism, disbelief) which they committed. Vile indeed was what they used to do” Quran 5:79
Ibn ‘Atiyah (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:
There is consensus that forbidding evil is obligatory for the one who is able to do it and is safe from harm to himself or the Muslims. But if he fears (harm), then he may denounce it in his heart and shun the doer of evil and not mix with him.
Tafseer al-Qurtubi (6/253).
Anyone who can see the truth for what it is, then gives excuses to these sorts of people is nothing but a silent devil!
As for the silence on her participation in Demon-cracy and for those who, due to their ignorance say “The ends justify the means” – this is wrong and not from our Islamic legislation.
Haram, or in this case shirk, does not justify the ends to bring “peace in Palestine” a Muslims main priority is to save himself from shirk, Tawheed is the only safety in the hereafter don’t let anyone distort this.
Tawheed is Maslahah – Shirk is Mafsadah, so be brave enough to know this very well and do not be swayed regarding it.
UPROAR OVER SENATOR FATIMAH PAGAN
There is an uproar in the Muslim Australian community over Senator Fatima Paymans suspension from the Labour party,
But there was no uproar about her suspension from Islam when she joined a system of Shirk….
Anyone who partakes in Democracy, advocates for it, rules by it, joins in on it, or as one Murtad claiming to be a shaykh said when encouraging muslims to vote “I see it as a religious obligation”,
Anyone who does all this has not understood Islam or what it means to reject Taghout (false deities)
Democracy is a man made system of Shirk that seeks to challenge Allah (swt) in Tawheed al-Hakimiyyah and seeks to challenge the Shariah in what is permissible and impermissible, it seeks to be the law maker when the only law maker is Allah!
Democracy is a religion, it’s Mayors are it’s altar boys, it’s politicians are it’s priests and rabbis, it’s parliament house is it’s place of worship, and it’s Prime Ministers are it’s Lords
A Muslim can not use a system of Kufr/Shirk in order to bring about any justice, not for Palestine or anywhere else.
There can never be Maslahah in Shirk, until the Ummah purifies it’s Tawheed we are not deserving of any victory!
Return back to the shariah of Allah if you truly want to see change…

PROTEST ADVICE
Recommendations for Muslims attending protests.
It’s important to approach such events with a clear understanding of one’s intentions and to maintain Islamic principles throughout.
Your responsibility for checking the leadership, maintaining modesty, and avoiding nationalist symbols while giving dawah and continuing activism beyond the protests is valuable advice for those who choose to participate.
May your efforts be guided by sincerity and righteousness.
Muslims attending protests:
- Intention: Ensure your intention is solely for the sake of Allah, demonstrating support for your fellow brothers and sisters in a way that aligns with Islamic principles.
- Leadership: Be cautious about who is leading the protest. Avoid gatherings led by those with misguided beliefs, such as shia, nationalists, or proponents of democratic slogans.
- Modesty: Maintain Islamic principles of modesty by limiting interactions with the opposite gender and refraining from using vulgar language during protests.
- Flags: Refrain from displaying nationalistic flags, as this can lead to sinful or kufr (disbelief) outcomes. Instead, consider holding flags with the declaration of faith, “Lailahaillallah.”
- Dawah: Use the opportunity to give dawah (invitation to Islam), share Islamic materials, and encourage good actions while discouraging sinful behaviour.
- Continued Action: Remember that activism doesn’t end with the protest. Continue making duaa (supplication), raising awareness, and showing support even after the protest concludes. True activism extends until meaningful change is achieved.
These recommendations are for those who choose to attend protests and are aimed at ensuring that the principles of Islam are upheld during such events. If these principles cannot be followed or minimized, it may be better not to attend such gatherings.
Ultimately, may Allah guide and support your efforts.

GO BITE ON YOUR FATHERS PENIS
A message for those flying their nationalistic flags and feeling honour with their tribal lineage, I say to you all
GO BITE ON YOUR FATHERS PENIS!
It was narrated from Ubayy ibn Ka‘b that a man boasted in an ignorant manner of his tribal lineage, so he told him to bite his father’s male member, and he did not use a metaphor.
The people looked askance at him, so he said to the people: I can see what you are thinking, and I can only say this: that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) instructed us:
“If you hear someone boasting in an ignorant manner of his tribal lineage, then tell him to bite his father’s male member, and do not use a metaphor.”
Narrated by Ahmad (35/157); classed as hasan by the commentators on al-Musnad.
It was narrated from Ubayy (RA) that a man boasted of his tribal lineage, and Ubayy told him to bite his father’s male member, and they said: You were never given to obscene speech! He said: We were instructed to do that.
Narrated by Ahmad (35/142);
classed as hasan by the commentators on al-Musnad and as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami‘
As for the call of NATIONALISM,
The Messenger of Allah (saaw) referring to nationalism, racism, and patriotism said: “Leave it, it is rotten.” [Muslim and Bukhari].
Jubair ibn Mut’im reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ دَعَا إِلَى عَصَبِيَّةٍ وَلَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ قَاتَلَ عَلَى عَصَبِيَّةٍ وَلَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى عَصَبِيَّةٍ
“He is not one of us who calls to tribalism. He is not one of us who fights for the sake of tribalism. He is not one of us who dies following the way of tribalism”

In another Hadith, the Prophet (saw) said:
وَمَثَلُ الَّذِي يُعِينُ قَوْمَهُ عَلَى غَيْرِ الْحَقِّ كَمَثَلِ بَعِيرٍ رُدِّيَ فِي بِئْرٍ فَهُوَ يَنْزِعُ مِنْهَا بِذَنَبِهِ
“The parable of the one who supports his people upon other than the truth is that of a dead camel which falls into a well and is pulled out by its tail”
Source: Musnad Ahmad 3670, Grade: Sahih
Also, the Messenger of Allah (saaw) said, narrated by At-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud:
“There are indeed people who boast of their dead ancestors; but in the sight of Allah they are more contemptible than the black beetle that rolls a piece of dung with its nose. Behold, Allah has removed from you the arrogance of the Time of Jahiliyyah (Ignorance) with its boast of ancestral glories. Man is but an Allah-fearing believer or an unfortunate sinner. All people are the children of Adam, and Adam was created out of dust.”
Finally dont let a game played by nations coming together fool you to believe sport brings us together,
Rather it is a distraction, the next time you see a cheer for a little white ball being kicked into a goal, that is not a victory,
remember that the kuffar and Munafiqeen are playing thier game against the Ummah,
Muslims suffer everyday by bombs and missiles hitting their goal, those suffering have no cheer…..
May Allah(swt) forgive us

THE RULERS ARE NOT THE SAME
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
I have noticed a pattern in the chain of thought of the Murji’ah Madkhali rejects of today,
And you should know it too, and see clearly through thier deception
They liken the leaders over the Muslim lands today who have either replaced the Shariah with democracy or have replaced or amended certain rulings to conform to the international laws of the kuffar, and at times making haram halal, halal haram, allying with the Kuffar and so on, yes the list is long
These Murji’ah/Madkhalis will draw comparisons between todays leaders to the leaders in the time of the Salaf who at times (not all) were oppressors, innovators or evil
They will use to support their arguments the hadith,
“….You should listen and obey the ruler, even if he strikes your back and takes your wealth, even still listen and obey.”
(Sahih Muslim 1847)
Here lies the deception, even though some of the rulers in the time of the Salaf were oppressive, they were still ruling by the Shariah, it was the law of the land
There is absolutely no comparison between the Tawageet of today who DO NOT rule by the Shariah, and are oppressive,
And with those leaders in the time of the Salaf that WERE ruling by the Shariah, and were oppressive
Those who speak this way and misguided the masses, protecting the Tawageet of today, giving them all the excuses in the world are no different than the Jews who use to implement their shariah on the commoner but did not implement it on their leaders or the rich
Abu Dhar said, “I was with the Prophet ﷺ one day and I heard him saing: “There is something I fear for my Ummah than the Dajjal.”
It was then that I became afraid, so I said: ‘Oh Rasool Allah! Which thing is that?” He ﷺ said, “Misguided and astray scholars.”
Musnad Imam Ahmad, hadith – 21334 aur 21335. Shaykh Shu’ayb al Arna’ut graded it sahih li ghayri (authentic due to corroborating narrations) in his tahqiq of the Musnad Imam Ahmad.
Thawban narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “I only fear for my Ummah from the misguiding A’immah.”
He (narrator) said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “There will never cease to be a group from my Ummah manifest upon the truth, they will not be harmed by those who forsake them until Allah’s Decree comes.”
Wake up from the lies!!!
#EXPOSINGFALSEHOOD
THE SAGA CONTINUES
“…..And they will not stop fighting you until they turn you away from your faith—if they can…..”
Recently some ikhwah have been harassed by certain agencies for the sole reason that they follow our Dawah,
what’s hilarious is they question what was said in the Khutbah? What was said in the Lesson?
Do they not know all our sermons and lessons are either Live or uploaded on social media, we are an open book just as Ibraaheem(as) was an open book,
We are pro Taweed and anti Shirk this is our call and way, we are upon the methodology of the Prophets and Messengers, our guide is the Book of Allah and the authentic narrations of the best of creation, Muhammad (saw), we understand these texts as it was understood by the Sahabah and the Salaf
But just as Ibraaheem(as) was threatened and bullied by his people for highlighting the errors in people’s understanding and belief, it looks like the very same people still exist today
I will go one step further and say, the Munafiqeen are behind all the above, why?
I don’t think these agencies are that ignorant, incapable, incompetent or un aware of our Dawah, to conclude it is a Dawah of the tongue,
but I have no doubt the Munafiqeen from within the community who are too weak to refute us or challenge us have turned the watch dogs on us out of fear people are accepting the dawah accepting the truth, and this is exposing them and shaking the ground beneath them
So to my brethren who are being harassed stay firm, be steadfast, trust in Allah (swt) and fear only Him.
It has been attributed to Ali (ra), who said:
“If you want to see who the people of Haqq (truth) are, then look to where the enemies point their arrows”
Tawhid al-Hakimiyyah | BIDAH?
Tawhid al-Hakimiyyah | BIDAH? Is it allowed for us to say tawhid is divided into four and include the tawhid of hakimiyyah – meaning, to single out Allah with rule/judgment?
The concern with the tawhid of hakimiyyah and singling it with mention did not exist except in the last centuries, it being the thirteenth-century hijri. It was only singled out when man-made laws were established; thus some spoke about it and that rule belongs solely to Allah, even though its beginnings appeared in the time of ibn Taymiyyah and ibn Kathir regarding the Yasiq of the Tatar.
We say here that there are some who have a particular position concerning whoever speaks about the tawhid of hakimiyyah based on criticism of a particular movement (the Sahwah movement) or based on specific occurrences, none of which is based on looking at the issue from a scientific lens.
Thus verdicts were passed declaring whoever singles out hakimiyyah as a type of tawhid as an innovator. But the correct view is that there isn’t an issue adding the tawhid of hakimiyyah. It’s not said he is an innovator and declaring him one for this is a mistake. There are those who divided tawhid into two categories, then came those who divided it into three; he would be an innovator according to that view. There are also some people of knowledge that divided tawhid into five categories, adding the tawhid of following. Is he an innovator as well? The rule (qa’idah) is that there is no problem with terminology if it is correct. If reality requires highlighting and paying attention to a certain tawhid and making it an independent category, even if it is within the categories before it, there is no objection; and there are many parallels for that.
Hakimiyyah enters into the tawhid of asma and sifat, based on the name al-Hakam as in the hadith: “Verily, Allah is the judge and the rule belongs to Him.” And it is based on the effects, i.e., one of the meanings of rububiyyah: the act of ordering and forbidding. Where is the bid’ah in that? The one who declared another an innovator for this is either a mistaken mujtahid, and this is said about those known for being honest, or a misguided jahil or one trying to patch up rulers that substituted the law of Allah and a trumpet for them. We say here as well that from the people of knowledge are those that made the conditions of ‘la ilaha illallah’ to be seven. While some of them extracted eight and mentioned the condition of kufr in the taghut, although it is present within the seven conditions.
However, due to its importance, it was separated from the condition of love and made independent. Are they innovators? Similar to this is the issue of iman. Some of the Salaf made it two statements: statements (qawl) and action (‘amal). But when people of innovation appeared and began to speak, some of them said it is: qawl, ‘amal, and belief (i’tiqad). And when the Murjiah spoke concerning action, the Salaf said iman is: i’tiqad, qawl, and acting on the pillars (‘amal bil-arkan).
Thus they included the word ‘arkan’ to clarify. And some made it: qawl, ‘amal, i’tiqad, and intention (niyyah). And some of included: following (itba’). All of the foregone is correct. Each that required clarification or importance the Salaf increased by that amount. They are not invented additions, as they were present and contained in the speech of those who preceded in general. Based on the rule of some people, whoever added to the two words concerning iman is an innovator. Source: Al-Wasit fi Sharh Awwal Risalah fi Majmu’ah at-Tawhid, pp. 27-8.
